Recently, the training camp for the 2026 fresh graduates of Gold Mantis has successfully concluded at the Business School. A total of 71 new graduates from multiple business lines including construction, deepening design, cost accounting and design participated in the program. Through training methods such as lectures, interactive dialogues, scenario-based exercises and practical experiences, they deeply experienced the corporate culture of the company, consolidated their professional foundations, achieved ideological alignment and enhanced their professional competence. This marks a solid key step for them to transform from "campus individuals" to "Gold Mantis members" and fully integrate into the enterprise.
